UID Feedback System Automation
Introduction
The purpose of this Excel VBA System is to enable tutors of UID to be able to efficiently utilize the interface to generate feedback (Formative/Summative) reports. The development Process is documented below for reference.
The system is designed and developed is Microsoft Excel 2013. Supports 2010 and higher versions till date. The programming is done in VBA. This will require micro enable authorization to work in various system. So if the excel demands for it authorize in order to make it function the way it is programmed.

- Enables user to work on single sheet “MASTER FEEDBACK SHEET” to generate multiple Individual Feedback files for respective students.
- One Click save for Individual Student name specific Editable Excel files with Formative & Summative feedback.
- One Click Export for PDF feedback Formative & Summative without any breaking in layout.
- Automatically fetches the common information from Formative feedback data fields and prepares summative for later usage.
- Automatically highlights the relevant matrices in Formative & Summative based on qualitative & quantitative feedback given.
Instruction to use
- Download the zip file and extract using winrar ( do not delete the original zip file as this can be used for separate module. Just keep extracting and renaming the extracted folder’s name to do fresh assessment.
- Follow the video tutorial for learning the process
- The master sheet locked sheets can be edited by using the password “mine”. It will be needed to change data variables.
- To un-protect sheets specific tab.
- Right click and select > unprotect sheet > enter the password “mine” > do the changes
- Its advisable to lock the sheet after editing
- Do not change the header just add/ remove the content
